What comes to mind when you hear the word “discipline?” Do you think of

the principal’s office, or sitting in the corner? Maybe you remember being

grounded from your favorite video game as a kid? I think for most of us,

when we think of discipline, our thoughts aren’t positive. If we are honest,

though, discipline isn’t always negative.
